Nirantara organizes first ever Community Contact Program


On 25th August 2007, Nirantara Community Services organized first ever Nirantara ‎Community Contact Program in Bidar. The purpose of the program was to listen to our ‎customers, understand their needs, get feedback of our microfinance program, share certain ‎policies and create awareness on some important aspects. More than 85 group representatives ‎actively participated in the program and shared their voices. The program was inaugurated by ‎Mr. Satish B. Rao, Assistant General Manager – District Development, NABARD. Mr. ‎Rishikesh Bahadur Desai, District Correspondent of The Hindu delivered special speech on ‎the topic “Credit Discipline for Dignified Life”. Dr. Raghu Krishnamurthy, physician and ‎Rotarian, spoke on the topic “Sanitation in and Around Your House – Few Tips for Healthy ‎Life”. Mrs. Mangala Bhagavat, President of Rotary Club of Bidar New Century shared her ‎views on “How to become a successful woman”. The program was a grand success and ‎provided lot of insight to management of Nirantara.
