The target population will have a positive growth oriented economic status. Their income graph will show positive curves and year by year there is a progress in terms of production, productivity and net income. Their liabilities will come down year by year and they become self-sufficient.
 

Mission statement of Nirantara Community Services speaks about 'dignified life'. Let us first explain indicators of 'dignified life'. A women and her family living a dignified life has following indicators:

Her family lives in their own house in a decent place

All her family members enjoy good health and nutritious full meals

She is able to choose any organisation for herself and her family members - school for her children, financial institution of her financial needs, business of her interest and scope,

Her children are studying in a reasonably good educational institution

The family is out of clutches of money lenders and their financial needs are being generated by themselves or partly met by a legal financial institution. She is able to make payments regularly and no member of the family is defaulter

She and her family is able to enjoy all the human rights

There exists better human relations in her family including mutual respect and equal opportunities

The family is being respected by their neighbours/villagers not just because their improved socio-economic status but also because of their model life
